Useful Info

Best Time (Season) for 13 Days Everest Luxury Trek

Autumn and spring are the optimum seasons for a 13 Days Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek. However, this does not negate the fact that the remaining time is great for this travel. Summer, Monsoon, and winter seasons are also possible, however, harsh weather conditions make these periods difficult.

If you have prior hiking expertise, it is thus recommended that you travel during these periods. Spring lasts from March through May, and it brings with it a mix of warm and cool weather, as well as spectacular mountain scenery. Autumn also brings breathtaking mountain views and pleasant weather. Autumn lasts from September to November in Nepal. Winter, on the other hand, is bitterly cold, with snow-covered slopes, but the mountain panoramas are breathtaking.

Nepal's winter lasts from December to February. Summer/Monsoon, which lasts from June through August, is rainy in the lower regions but not in the upper ones. It is the least popular trekking season. As a result, if you want to avoid crowds, you should go during this season.

Food to Have During 13 Days Everest Luxury Trek

  • Breakfast: During the trip, meals like as pancakes, cornflakes, local bread, chapatti, porridge, egg dishes of any form (fried egg, scrambled egg, boiled egg, omelet), toast, Muesli with milk, hash brown potatoes, and so on are usually provided.
  • Lunch: Pancakes, cornflakes, local bread, chapatti, porridge, egg dishes of any kind (fried egg, scrambled egg, boiled egg, omelet), toast, Muesli with milk, hash brown potatoes, and so on are frequently supplied during the excursion.
  • Dinner: The dinner menu is identical to the lunch menu, but it includes soups such as tomato soup, mushroom soup, garlic soup, vegetable soup, chicken soup, and so on.
  • Drinks: You can get black tea, milk tea, lemon tea, ginger tea, mint tea, and so on for tea, and milk coffee or black coffee for coffee.

Accommodation for 13 Days EBC Luxury Trek

On the Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek, you will spend the night in one of the trail's most luxurious lodges. Depending on the lodge, you will find everything from traditional timber design to a modern minimalist interior that adds opulence to the experience. The rooms will be spacious, with a private bathroom and a comfy bed. Similarly, depending on your needs, you can select between a double bed and a single room. The Everest Base Camp Luxury Lodge Trek has the majority of contemporary amenities, such as a hot shower, blow dryer, charging station, and Wi-Fi. You will spend the night at a three-star hotel in Kathmandu.

13 Days Luxury EBC Trek Difficulty Level

Although it is a high-altitude trip, the 13 Days Luxury Trek to Everest Base Camp is a moderate to challenging trek. Altitude sickness is the most troubling part of the hike, which begins at 2800 meters near Lukla airport. Trekkers, on the other hand, will have a pleasant voyage if they maintain their walking speed, do not rush the hike, and keep hydrated. Trekkers must also employ all of the acclimatization days allotted for the expedition. The most important part of trekking is acclimatization, which helps the trekker's body to acclimate to the new environment. For a pleasant and attractive trekking adventure, keep these guidelines in mind and follow the trek leaders' instructions.

13 Days Luxury Everest Trek Travel Insurance

Prior to departing on a 13 Days Luxury Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal, it is both compulsory and strongly advised to get travel insurance. All of our guests are advised to get travel insurance that includes emergency helicopter evacuation in the event of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) or for any other reason in high elevations when there are no other transportation options. Before making a decision, it is recommended to thoroughly research the insurance and its coverages. Bring your insurance documentation with you on vacation, and leave a copy next to your family. You must make sure that your insurance covers you for the relevant actions and offers an acceptable degree of protection.

Altitude Sickness and Remedies during 13 Days Everest Luxury Trek

High-altitude trekkers frequently experience altitude sickness, which needs rapid medical attention. You will acclimatize at Namche Bazaar and Dingboche on the Luxury 13-day trek to EBC to prevent altitude sickness. While getting used to the thin air at Namche Bazaar, you may visit the well-known Sherpa settlement. You will climb the slope behind the settlement to see the breathtaking vistas of the peaks on the second day of acclimatization at Dingboche.

The guides at Green Valley Nepal Treks are educated in wilderness first aid and have a lot of expertise at high elevations. We place a high emphasis on maintaining your health and safety. The only way to recover if you are severely suffering from altitude sickness is to quickly descend. Depending on the general situation, your trip leader has the ability to determine whether to carry on or immediately descend.

Amazing Hospitality from Green Valley Nepal Treks Team

We were looked after and treated like family as soon as we landed in Kathmandu. Before we began our walk, Mr. Arjun and Raj made sure all of our questions were addressed. They also picked us up and left us off at the airport. As soon as we arrived in Lukla, Gopal, our guide, and Pun, our porter, welcomed us. They made sure we were acclimatized, stayed in the best lodges, were properly fed, and they answered any local questions we had on our 13-day Everest Luxury Trek. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences we've ever had. I heartily suggest Green Valley Nepal Treks to anyone thinking about visiting Nepal, and I'll be returning for more unforgettable experiences.
