To complete the journey in the Upper Mustang region, one must be in normally good physical shape. You don't require any special abilities, and there are no technological challenges you can't overcome. Most of the day, you'll either be traveling across the landscape or touring the Gompa, caves, and monasteries on moderately incline hikes. It is feasible to discover the secret kingdom because this is a reasonable voyage in terms of height. High-altitude sickness is therefore quite unlikely to occur during the excursion.
