  • Helicopter Landing at Pheriche (4280m)

Our Everest Base Camp Helicopter flight will give us a second landing opportunity in Pheriche. From Pheriche, we must maintain the number of people and weight for the Helicopter flight above, so we must follow Nepal Government rules and regulations. From Pheriche, we can carry a maximum of 250 kg or 3 people in one helicopter. The helicopter lands here in about 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Helicopter Landing at Kalapatthar Viewpoint (5,545m)

This is the third landing opportunity in our Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour. Landing at Kalapatthar viewpoint is the most important part of the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour. The main purpose of landing at Kalapatthar viewpoint is for the best view of snow-capped mountains all around and the best photographable point of the Everest Helicopter Tour. The helicopter lands here for 7 to 10 minutes.

  • Helicopter Landing at Everest View Hotel (3,880m)

Flying to Everest View Hotel from the Kalapatthar will give us a fourth landing opportunity during the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour. Everest View Hotel is located at a height of 3,880 meters, where we will stop for around 40 minutes to enjoy breakfast with the best panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest.

  • Fifth Landing at Lukla (2,860m)

After breakfast at Everest View Hotel, we continue to fly to Lukla and land for refueling. This is the last landing opportunity on the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour and the second landing at Lukla airport. This landing time will be around 15 to 20 minutes. After refueling in Lukla, we continue to fly back to Kathmandu airport.
