Bungee Jumping is a daring activity in which a jump from a high place is performed with the support of an elastic cord fixed to the jumping-off point, which is attached to the body or ankles. When a person jumps, the cord stretches to take up the energy of the fall, then the jumper flies upwards as the cord snaps back. The jumper oscillates up and down until the initial energy of the jump is dissipated.
