Detail Itinerary

Day 1 :Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour with landing at Kalapatthar5:30 to 6:00 AM: Green Valley Nepal Treks representatives pick you up from the hotel and drive to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu Airport.

6:00 to 7:00 AM: Reaching the domestic terminal, walk about 5 minutes from the parking and check-in at the domestic airport. Green Valley Nepal Treks representative provides you a boarding pass for the Everest Helicopter Flight at the domestic terminal and waits for the helicopter.

7:00 to 8:00 AM: Fly to Lukla airport, Everest base camp helicopter flight starts from Kathmandu fly over the Kathmandu valley via the Jiri route through Alpine forest. After flying for 30 minutes from Kathmandu you will land at the Lukla airport for refueling. After a short landing at the Lukla airport, your flight will begin towards landing at Kalapthar Viewpoint through Everest Base Camp.

8:00 to 8:45 AM: Fly to Everest Base Camp and land at Kalapatthar viewpoint. Flying to Everest Base Camp from Lukla airport via massive Khumbu Glacier with amazing views of the Everest Region Himalayas including Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Pumori and many more are the major attraction of the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour with landing at Kalapatthar. After flying over Everest Base Camp we will land at Kalapatthar viewpoint for 10 to 15 minutes from where you can see the closet view of Mt. Everest.

8:45 to 9:45 AM: Fly to Everest View Hotel from Kalapatthar for Breakfast. 9:45 to 10:25 AM: Fly back to Lukla airport from Everest View Hotel. We will land in Lukla again for refueling. Landing time at Lukla airport will be 15 to 20 minutes so during this time period you could explore and buy souvenirs nearby the Lukla Helipad.

10:25 to 11:00 AM: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla by Helicopter. Green Valley Nepal Treks representative will pick up you from the domestic terminal and drive you to the hotel in Kathmandu.
