I have only good things to say about Green Valley after my first trip to Nepal and my trekking across the Manaslu Circuit. Raj was accommodating when it came to organizing our trip.

After our trek, he arranged for us to spend additional days in Pokhara and Kathmandu, and he also provided us with sleeping bags and down jackets that we forgot to pack.
He found us jeep transportation in a matter of minutes after our flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu was canceled. Pema, our porter, and Krishna, our guide were also excellent. Krishna paid close attention to details and made sure the journey was comfortable at all times.

He put us on a fantastic itinerary and showed us some FANTASTIC vistas. Pema was constantly grinning and delighted to be in the mountains, just like everyone else. Look no further than Green Valley if you want an unforgettable, expertly planned, well-communicated, and breathtakingly beautiful experience. Strongly advised!

I could never assume that seeing Everest closely would be possible within a few hours but this tour brought it about. The flight to the helipad, the half an hour break at the Kalapatthar, the quiet breakfast with splendid views of the Himalayas- it was all enchanted. An ideal experience to anyone wishing to have that Everest feel without the trek.

The helicopter flight was amazing, every second was scenic, from Kathmandu to Kalapatthar. To be there just a few feet away of Everest, was humbling. The panoramic breakfast in Everest view hotel was fantastic where the breakfast buffet served at Everest View Hotel alone was a great experience.

The speed of the trek was perfect - perfect to find, relax and acclimatize. I loved the tea houses on peaceful mornings! It was real to reach the Everest Base Camp, and seeing the sunrise from Kalapathar was beyond the words.

The 12 days Annapurna Circuit Trek was just the right amount of adventure and comfort. On slick paths of Dharapani and Chame, to the spectacular Manang and Ledar, there was a new landscape and culture every day. The most difficult and the most satisfying part was crossing Thorong La Pass, 5,416m, and the final point, a scenic flight, Jomsom to Pokhara, made the entire journey easy and memorable.

The Green Valley team is a truly fantastic, incredibly supportive, well-established, and knowledgeable company that provides the highest level of service across the Himalayas.

I was recommended Green Valley Treks by a work colleague and immediately enjoyed reading their great website, and its clear and detailed itineraries. Comparing this to other companies made it an easy company to focus on. After contacting Arjun, one of the owners, with my many questions via WhatsApp I knew this was the company for myself. His responses were clear, and prompt, and answered all of my queries - no matter what time of day! This made the pre-trip planning a smooth process.

After arriving at a warm Nepalese welcome with our pre-arranged airport transfer service felt very special and already a part of the Green Valley team. We were then greeted by Arjun in person at our hotel, despite the late hour following our international flight delay, and he assisted us with finalizing our porters and essential gear for the trip addressing any last-minute questions we may have had.

Bishwa Rai, our senior guide for the trip truly made our experience. Representing Green Valley’s values and vision for its clients perfectly throughout our trek with his kind, caring, and compassionate nature truly highlighted his passion for the job as well as his desire to connect us on a deeper level with Nepal. Having the opportunity to walk alongside him on our journey to EBC was a true privilege. His long-standing experience as a guide also made my journey more enjoyable as he was able to recommend the prime time to take photos and where to find the best local foods. As beautiful as the Khumbu Valley is, the friendship I built with Bishwa was the highlight of my trip.

Throughout the journey, I felt incredibly well supported by the team and if any logistical planning needed to be completed Bishwa was fantastic at navigating these challenges independently to assist us in a smooth journey, particularly when the weather may play into effect our flights in/out of Lukla airport.

In summary, Green Valley Treks is the number one Trekking company I recommend to anybody visiting the Himalayas. Their service was phenomenal and worth every cent. I look forward to using them again to Trek the three passes and some other beginner summits as my skill level increases.

What an amazing journey! We loved completing Everest Base Camp with Cho La Pass and would highly recommend doing it.

Green Valley Nepal Treks were amazing and kept us up to date throughout the whole trip! Arjun was great and replied to all my messages and questions regarding the trip. He made sure someone was waiting at the airport to pick us up even though our plane was delayed and we had to keep changing the time we arrived at Kathmandu! We stayed a few extra nights in Kathmandu after we had completed base camp and Arjun still arranged a transfer to the airport.

We met Yadu our guide the morning of the trek in Kathmandu, he was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and supportive! He knew so much about the mountain range and culture. He was great with our safety and made sure we didn't have any injuries or altitude sickness. He was so thoughtful and if we had an issue then he would sort it for us. He made us laugh and was just a positive person to have as a guide.

Green Valley Nepal Trekking was so accommodating, that we decided to get down from base camp in 2 days instead of 3. Yadu and Arjun were so good with this and changed our flight tickets and hotel.

The porters were brilliant and so helpful as well!

Absolutely wonderful experience with green valley Nepal. The EBC is truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Every day was breathtaking. I almost feel spoiled because I now hope that every trek is as gorgeous as this. EBC is a must do.

As for Green Valley, they arranged airport pickup and drop off. Raj is a joy to work with. Making arrangements look so simple and trying to help the trekkers with each and everything from the pre-booking stage to the final day of departure was what he did with great joy and always a smile on his face.

On the return, we were boarded on a helicopter and the flight was very smooth and memorable. It was my first helicopter ride so I was quite scared. To my surprise, I had the best ride which I will remember throughout my life for sure.

I really appreciated his help in this matter. He also helped arrange a car transfer from Pokhara to KTM at the best price I could find which was nice. Raj also has a great and warm spirit and he was more than happy to help with my needs and questions. There is no such thing as too many questions or stupid questions.

 He even gave me recommendations on things to do and places to eat. This is not to suggest that Green Valley serves specifically in these ways but instead to highlight the helpful spirit of Green Valley. With Green Valley, I got the best trekking experience one could ask for.
