Trekking Annapurna Base Camp was my dream come true, and our guide Anil made the whole time even more wonderful. He was always encouraging us and he also was teaching us about the landscape, culture, and traditions of the local people. The trek through rhododendron forests and the soothing hot springs at Jhinu Danda were the moments that I will always remember. Green Valley Nepal Treks took care of everything so well from the beginning to the end. I will certainly go for a trek with them again.

I had done Everest Base Camp twice before, but the Three High Passes Trek with Island Peak Climbing with Green Valley Nepal Treks, was on a completely different level. Our guide Phurbu Chhedar Bhote was absolutely outstanding. He has personally summited Island Peak himself, so his knowledge of the route, the glacier, and the fixed rope section on summit day was second to none. He kept the group calm, motivated, and safe throughout the entire 21 days.

Crossing all three passes: Kongma La, Cho La, and Renjo La, in one trek, is something very few people get to say they have done. But standing on the summit of Island Peak at 6,189m with Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam staring back at me was the single greatest moment of my life. My guide Ngima Sherpa was effective and knowledgeable about the route, every evening he updates on the terrain for the next day, if it is tough or easy. He is patient and caring,check on my well being every morning, always waiting for me as I was slow. The landscapes are breathtaking and getting to engage with the Tibetan villagers was a bonus. I had a great time trekking, Green Valley Nepal Treks gave the advise in every way(maps , water purification tablets ,free loan of sleeping bags and down jackets), and everything went well! I would recommend Green valley .

Green Valley Nepal Treks took care of every detail of the trek. Our guide Bishwa was a very nice person, full of information, and he perfectly met the needs of the group at all times. He controlled the pace in such a way that everybody was able to enjoy the trip without any pressure. For me, the most beautiful thing was the sunrise over Machapuchare and the whole Annapurna range. The friendliness of the local tea houses and the beauty of the nature along the trail made this trek a very memorable experience.

We had a really great experience with Green Valley—they truly know the area and give you a genuine, local adventure. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and always made sure we felt safe and looked after. When Jess and I got sick, the team acted fast and efficiently, making sure we got the care we needed and even arranged a helicopter back to Kathmandu in just a few hours. Communication from the main office could have been better, especially with details about airport procedures and what to expect with timing. Weather is always a factor, but it would have been helpful if more info was shared upfront, for example once they knew some people in our group were delayed. Once we were on the mountain, the guides were fantastic. Lila, who guided us part of the way, was really polite and pointed out lots of interesting wildlife and viewpoint spots we’d have otherwise missed. Gopal took us from Namche to the top—he’s very experienced and has some amazing stories! Our porters Mahendra and Dhane were great too, especially during acclimatization days and anytime someone needed extra help. The accommodation and food were both way better than we expected, with lots more options than we thought we'd find. Pro tip: make sure to pack for hot, sunny weather while hiking. All in all, Green Valley provided a memorable trip with excellent local guides, great support, and lots of little touches that made a big difference.
