I recently completed the trek to Everest Base Camp and was so exhausted that I could not walk down to Lukla at all. So, I talked to my guide and he helped me talk to Arjun at Green Valley Nepal Treks. Arjun then provided me with a brief about the ride and its options and as I was solo trekking, he arranged a sharing flight for me.

The flight took off within the next 2 hours and I was at Kathmandu within three hours. The cost was so reasonable for the level of comfort, luxury, and experience I had during the flight. Thanks, Green Valley for this awesome heli ride!

Me and my partner have been visiting different countries and trekking for over 5 years but this was our first time in Nepal. When we thought of Nepal, we thought of Mt. Everest, ‘cause who wouldn’t? As we were researching the package and different trek operators in Nepal, we came across the Green Valley Nepal Treks profile on Trip Advisor.

The positive reviews of their products amazed us and we immediately contacted My. Arjun Pandey. He was so patient, and calm, and tried to answer all of our queries even though we were texting on WhatsApp. After a few days of talking with Arjun, we decided to visit their office as we were already in Nepal by then.

When we visited the Green Valley Nepal Treks’ office in Thamel, we were amazed to see the walls full of their achievements, recognitions, and the certificates of multiple guides, with over two decades of experience. We sat down and talked to Arjun, who very politely described different trekking in the Everest region. As we wanted to see Everest from the closest range, did not want to take any helicopter or plan round-offs, but were a little nervous about the Three- Pass trek, Arjun suggested us to go for the Everest view trek.

After almost half an hour of questions and answers, we decided that this could be the perfect choice for us, and without any doubt, it was. We loved the walk through the diverse landscapes, and asking a lot of things to the guide. Watching the peak of Everest from the Everest View Hotel was a dream come true for us (you should have seen the tears we both had in our eyes).

Coming back from the trek to Kathmandu, we appreciated Arjun’s suggestion and have promised a lot more treks and tours in Nepal with Green Valley Nepal Treks.

Completed the 12-day trek (Lukla-EBC-Lukla) in gorgeous weather during the second half of Oct 2023 with my daughter. We were welcomed at KTM airport by the Green Valley Nepal Trek staff who brought us to our hotel. Met up later in the day with Arjun who briefed us in detail on our trek. Once we left Kathmandu and reached Lukla, we met with our porter (Bale) and our experienced guide (Lakpa) who proved to be essential in making our trek a huge success.

Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful - highly recommended to future trekkers! We successfully reached EBC but decided to skip Kala Pathar (the thought of starting in the very early morning in the dark at -15C with only half the oxygen was a bit much for us when we were already suffering from some minor Altitude Mountain Sickness symptoms).

After returning to Kathmandu, we had a nice farewell dinner with Arjun. He fully understands the trekking business having started as a porter himself a long time ago. We highly recommend Green Valley Nepal Treks to anyone who is looking for an optimal trekking experience! Thank you, Arjun, Lakpa, and Bale for this amazing experience!

The trek was one of a kind with all those things a trekker would want to experience. I talked about the trek and booked it with Raj, coordinator of the Green Valley Nepal Treks, almost two months before going on the trek.

All I had to do was pay 10% of the total package cost and the booking was done. So easy right? The team welcomed me to Nepal’s International Airport with such joy and enjoyment. I spent two nights at a three-star hotel in Kathmandu with amazing facilities and varieties of cuisines but I wanted to try Nepali cuisine (Thakali) so that is what I ate (though not necessary to be mentioned here I request any foreign tourists to try this at least in Nepal).

On the second day, we set off on a journey and I met my guide in Lukla, who made the trek even more fascinating. He helped me understand every aspect of the trek and made sure that I had the best experience of the Everest Base Camp trek with Gokyo Cho La Pass.

I heartily thank Green Valley Nepal Treks and the guide for making my dream of walking by Everest come true and Arjun and Raj for arranging such a favorable itinerary of the Gokyo Cho La Pass via EBC Trek.

Not the first time I explored the mountains of Nepal with Green Valley Nepal Treks. As usual, the arrangements were perfectly made. We started the trek exactly on time and the conclusion was also done on the exact day as told at the start of the trek.

Arjun and Raj have already won my heart with their explanations, arrangements, and support they provide from the office in Thamel. For the first day, GVNT arranged our stay at a hotel right beside their office and the hotel was also perfect for pre-trek stay. We had a hygienic dinner there and they also provided us with packaged food on the day we left for the trekking journey.

During the journey as well, the guide was such a gentleman with an inspiring and motivating attitude. I am pretty sure that I would never have that level of patience in me if I was in his place. Reaching the Everest Base Camp made me feel like I was already on top of the world. But then I climbed to Kalapathhar and realized that the top of the world was still far from me but so close to me.

From there, we returned back on a heli ride. After such tiring walk to an altitude of 5644 meters, helicopter ride felt like a heaven for all of us. We enjoyed the mindblowing view of the mountains, valleys and also the route that we walked but this tlme from the helicopter window.

Overall journey was just amazing and we had a lot of fun. All my friends were so happy that we went with GVNT because I was the one that suggested this trekking agency. Love the service you provide, GVNT team!

I just cannot explain how perfectly the trip was organized and planned. I enjoyed each and every step I took during the whole Pikey Peak trek. Watching the majestic view of Everest after walking through the beauty of nature, traditional villages, landscapes, etc was more than amazing for me.

What amazing views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Makalu from the Pikey Peak? Also, I was able to interact with the local Sherpas with the help of my guide. He also helped us find the best guesthouses and hotels for accommodation and took care of us like we were his children.

The trek might not have been this interesting and adventurous if I had planned with any other trekking agencies than Green Valley Nepal Treks. Being a Nepal-based trekking agency, they had a perfect idea about everything about the complete route and the dos and don’ts of the trip.

I will never forget the assistance provided by the guide and the support offered by the Green Valley Nepal Treks team to help me complete the Pikey Peak successfully. I highly recommend GVNT to all the tourists visiting Nepal.

I think that ziplining is the safest adventure alternative in Pokhara. All the other activities are also safe but this one is very easy as well as convenient for young adventure seekers as well. Green Valley Nepal Treks also offered safety briefs before I went for ziplining. They are just amazing for tours and adventures in Nepal.

It was almost from childhood, that I heard about and watched the mighty Everest. I tried to go for the expedition a few times before this but could not gather as much courage as possible.

However, this time, because of the positive support from the Green Valley Nepal Treks’ team, Mr. Arjun and my guide, Kesha also had strong hands on the route and also knew how to encourage the trekkers. One night before the trek started, the GVNT team called me along with a group of other trekkers to instruct me about our journey.

I was amazed by how thoroughly the team knew the trekking route and all the important things about the journey. After that, I went for the trek where I encountered several floras, faunas, and the unique culture and tradition of the people.

Unlike the weather in the Everest region, the locals had such warm hearts, and the way they welcomed the trekkers and treated us, I was taken a bit for sure. Overall, I loved the whole experience and would love to thank the GVNT team for helping me fulfill my childhood dream.
