Very well structured, and definitely worth it!

This was the best part of my visit to Nepal! The schedule was well planned and we had time to adapt to the altitude and then move to Thorung La. The sceneries continued to vary, as had been the case with the green valleys and waterfalls to rough mountain passes and religious sites such as Muktinath. I really enjoyed my stay in Manang and learning about the local culture when resting. The transport, such as bus trips, domestic air travel, and transfer to the airport, was hassle-free and easy. This is the trek to consider should you wish to explore a place that is a combination of natural beauty, culture and adventure.

Gorgeous lakes and Renjo La Passes

It was an amazing experience that included the Gokyo Valley Circuit Trek in which there were turquoise lakes, serene trails, and the exhilarating Renjo La Pass. In Namche and Gokyo acclimatization days allowed us to ease in and the scenery in Gokyo Ri was one of the most stunning I have ever witnessed. An excellent alternative to the standard EBC expedition with even fewer people but as spectacular a view.

A grand tour of the Himalayas!

The Trek of the Three Passes is a real high altitude experience, traversing Kongma La, Cho La and Renjo La highways. Every day was memorable with a combination of Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Ri and panorama Himalayan views.

    Every Step Worth It

The EBC trek was very hard and challenging than I had anticipated but the more I walked, the more I felt worth it. The days of acclimatization of the chemicals near the villages of Namche and Dingboche were a savior as I was able to enjoy the mountains without being tired. It was something I cannot describe when I finally came to Kalapatthar and could see Everest soaring high above me. The schedule of the itinerary was just right, providing adventure without being too much, and the lodges ensured every night was comfortable following trekking days.

Incredible 13 Day Gokyo Circuit Trek

The trek to the Gokyo Valley was much more than I expected. I also liked the fact that the itinerary provided time to acclimatize myself in Namche and Gokyo and the climb to Renjo La was more fun. It was just magic to be at the pass and view all of Everest, Cho Oyu and Makalu in one panorama. The trip was the best ending with a flight out of Lukla to Thame and back--an adventure that I will keep dear to me forever.

Perfect Balance of Adventure and Comfort

I particularly liked the blend of driving and trekking because it enabled us to pass through distant villages and have ample time to do scenic walks. It was also a culturally enriching adventure, since one can stay in some of the traditional teahouses and visit such historical destinations as Tengboche Monastery.

    Challenging, yet Life-Changing

This 18 days expedition was an authentic Himalayan expedition. The numerous acclimatization days in Namche and Gokyo were important in addressing safe high passes. Trekking to Everest base camp, Kalapatthar and Gokyo lakes during the same activity was like passing off all the Everest regions attractions and experiencing serene landscapes of the Sherpas as I pass by.

    Manaslu’s Heartbeat!

Manaslu Circuit Trek felt like entering a time capsule in which every village had its own ancient legends to tell and each valley pass ratified body and soul. The slow nature of the tour also gave me an opportunity to relish the spectacular views- the deep valleys of the rivers, the holy high altitude monasteries- and the acclimatization day at Samangaon was a savior to my body and soul.

The most memorable moment was crossing the Larkya La pass and it took me out of my comfort zone and gave me the views that still cannot leave my dreams. As my time as a road to Kathmandu came to an end, I was changed but in a type of way, not only through the beautiful landscapes, but because of the muted strength of the people and the land itself. It is not just a trek, but it is an identification with the wild heart of Nepal.
